We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time you place your order.We will inform you when your order is ready to be shipped and at that time any outstanding balance is due. Once full payment is received, we will release the furniture for delivery.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa, Delta, JCB and Solo cards. We also accept £ sterling cheques made payable to The Handmade Sofa Company. Please allow four working days for clearance.
